Small animal surgeon needed, board-certified or board eligible:
We are looking for a small animal surgeon, board-certified or board eligible, to complete our team. Our clinic is currently practicing a substantial activity in referral cases and we would like to develop it within the scope of our future acquisition of brand new premises, more spacious and modern than our current ones (1200 m2 in Lyon intra muros).
We are presently about 20 vets divided into a day service and emergencies (at night and during weekends), as well as about 20 nurses.
The clinic maintains an emergency service 24 hours a day for our clientele and the ones of about fifty clinics around ours. Our technical facilities offer an excellent working environment, especially the whole surgical equipment necessary for orthopaedic surgery and soft tissues surgery. We also have a complete endoscopy column to carry out arthroscopies.
We work with a city-dweller clientele, therefore we particularly treat dogs, cats and exotic pets.
This is a full-time position, to be held as soon as possible.
We are located in Lyon, the second biggest city in France. It is a pleasant city, well located : it only takes 2 hours to go to Paris or to the Mediterranean Sea and it is near the mountains. Lyon is a city full of history and is also recognized as the capital of gastronomy in France.
